1. How much do desigknit jumpers cost?
All product prices are given in euros. Prices may vary depending on the model and the type of yarn and fineness chosen.
2. Do I have to pay taxes and duties?
All taxes and customs duties are included in the final sale price.
3. How can I pay?
You can pay for your order by credit card, paypal or bank transfer in advance.
In the case of bank transfer, your order will be put into production as soon as we have verified the actual crediting to your desigknit account. This may take a few extra working days. Therefore, in order to speed up the process, please send a copy of the payment slip to write@desigknit.it with your order number.
4. Can I purchase several products with one order?
Yes, you can purchase several products with one order. At desigknit’s discretion, orders placed after the first one, concluded a short time after the first one, may, for logistical reasons, be grouped into a single shipment.
5. How do you deliver jerseys and accessories?
As an official DHL partner, all products are delivered by DHL courier. You will be notified by email of the delivery of your order. Should you not be at the address indicated on the delivery date, please contact the courier to facilitate this.
6. Do you deliver worldwide?
Deliveries are made to major European and non-European destinations, please see our delivery table for more information on costs and destinations.
7. How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs may vary depending on the country of destination and may be subject to different promotional policies.
8. When will my jerseys and accessories arrive?
Your jerseys and accessories will be ready for shipment after 25 working days from the date you receive your order confirmation email.
Standard shipping times:
- Italy: 1 working day from when we send you the confirmation that your order has been successfully dispatched.
- Europe: 3 working days from when we send you confirmation that your order has been successfully dispatched.
- Extra Eu: working days from when we send you confirmation that your order has been shipped successfully.
We want to make sure that your shirt is perfect. Therefore, in case our quality control team is not satisfied, the shipping time may take another 5 working days.
Do you need your jumpers to arrive in time for an important date or event?
We strongly recommend that you place your order at least 35 working days before that date or event
9. I have placed my order. How do I know when my sweaters will be shipped?
You can always check the status of your order through your desigknit account. You will be notified by email when your shirt will be shipped.
